Contracts Manager - Main Contractor

£65k - £75k Per Annum + Package

Our client is a principal contractor who works across a wide variance of verticals within construction and due to continued growth across the country are looking to recruit an additional Contracts Manager to cover the Hampshire region. 

The work expectation of the Contracts Manager is as follows

• Minimum 3 sites running concurrently
• Responsible for all aspects of ProgrammingSite Set ups

Checking over SM's Material OrdersCheck and report Progress at each site meeting Checking Subcontractor attendance against programme & progress

• 1st port of call for end Client

To be considered for this role you must

• Have at least 3 years experience as a Contracts Manager
• Be able to Drive
• Be comfortable working from multiple sites
• Have previous experience working with medium sized main contractors
