Seven teams have been shortlisted for Essex County Council’s 10-year highways maintenance and service contract - worth max of £3 BILLION.
The contract is an all-encompassing highways strategic transformation deal, which covers a vast array of road network management and maintenance and could run for as long as 15 years!
