Galliford Try win 25 year ESCo energy contract

Galliford Try win a 25-year contract to manage the energy and district heating system of a net zero carbon scheme in Graylingwell Park, West Sussex. Galliford also secured the £8m contract to design and build the energy centre and district heating system.

The Energy Service Company contract is expected to generate Galliford Try about £18m in revenue!!!

Graylingwell Park is a mixed-use JV between Galliford Try and affordable housing provider Affinity Sutton.
