Senior Quantity Surveyor

Founded in 1859, our client is one of the UK’s most innovative construction companies operating at the forefront of the construction industry, serving customers throughout England, Ireland and Wales. The business has a turnover exceeding £250m per annum and employs over 800 people nationwide. They have established themselves as a highly successful provider operating in a range of sectors including, Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Retail, Residential Apartments and Rail Support Infrastructure.

Due to this increase in work load our client urgently requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team within their Southern Regional Building Division. This will be office and site based position working on a mixture of new build and refurbishment schemes in the above sectors. Projects will range up to a value of £50 million and will be based along the M3, M4 corridor and Middlesex.

The candidate will report to the Commercial Manager and take responsibility for procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a stable career background whilst gained with recognised contractors within the building industry, coupled with either a HNC or degree. This opportunity will suit a local based person as the contractor has a long history of winning work within the area

In return for your skills and abilities my client is willing to offer the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor up to £65k + Package + Bens.
