Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a national main contractor, who is a world class engineering, construction and investment business. They create and care for essential assets: hospitals, schools, roads / rail and utility systems. Over recent months they have won a number of Building Schools for the Future projects and are now in the enviable position of increasing their head count in a controlled manner.

They are keen to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site based on a refurbishment scheme in West London. The project is a government funded social housing scheme and part of decent homes programme and as 3 years to run. The role will involve working as part of a commercial team and carrying out all site quantity surveying duties.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on large refurbishment contracts. In an ideal world the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have worked on refurbishment projects in the social housing sector.
