Due to expansion, our client, one of the UK's most respected PQS consultancies are currently looking to secure the services of a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / M&E Quantity Surveyor to provide building services cost management.
Ideally, you will be Degree qualified and possibly MRICS qualified M&E Quantity Surveyor who has worked for a firm of PQS doing cost planning, cost analysis and the full PQS role on a variety of projects.
You should be capable of managing and mentoring a small team on commercial, education, data centre and Olympics related projects.
