Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a national main contractor, who is a world class engineering, construction and investment business. They create and care for essential assets: hospitals, schools, roads / rail and utility systems. Over recent months they have won a number of Building Schools for the Future projects and are now in the enviable position of increasing their head count in a controlled manner.

They are keen to recruit an experienced Project Manager (number 1) to work on a £50m Building School for the Future scheme in South London. The role will involve the complete management of the site from demolition to final handover. Responsibilities will include leadership of on site team, management of all meetings, ensuring all work is carried out safely and that value engineering is achieved.

The successful Project Manager will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on £multi million projects. In an ideal world the Project Manager will also have worked on a Building Schools for the Future scheme. The company offers a very secure future, due to their heavy and successful involvement in the public sector and a salary package to attract the best.
