Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for providing high quality technical and management expertise into Projects from bid, preconstruction, procurement and manufacture stages through to Construction completion.

They oversee the design management as it progresses from Pre-Construction to Construction phase.

This will include:

• Ensuring that all technical project documentation as defined at the commencement of the project is produced, issued and controlled in a timely, orderly manner and is to the appropriate standards.
• Formulate and implement procedures for co-ordination, review and subsequent distribution of design input/output and manage the review of design output from various disciplines and check to ensure compliance to both client brief and coordination requirements
• Manage the completion of risk assessments for compilation of risk registers and subsequently manage this register
